Pizza places in the United States run from a counter with two stools and a stack of boxes to a full sit-down pizzeria with a bar, and most neighborhood shops do all three things at once: dine-in, takeout and delivery. Ordering by phone is still common and often faster than an app, and many independents charge less when you call direct because there is no platform fee. Sizes are usually listed in inches (a small around 10", a large 14", an extra-large 16" or more), and a large feeds two to three adults. Slices are sold from a display case at New York-style counters and reheated to order; whole pies take 15-25 minutes at a busy shop. Most spots take cards and mobile pay, though a few older pizzerias remain cash-only, so check the door or the listing before you order.
The business lists hours on 6 days of the week. The most common schedule is 11 amβ9:30 pm. Note that it does not open on Sunday. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. The listed phone number is (803) 775-1035. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone.

Sumter is in South Carolina, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Sumter follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

A small Pizza place located near the Hospital, it offers pizza by the slice. The pizza is good and they often have a 2 slice special. Plenty of parking and a good staff attitude. You can done in or take out, call in orders available too.

Tony's is a great place for pizza and subs. My family lives in Sumter and whenever we want to go out for a family night, we go to Tonys. I remember asking my niece a few months ago why she ordered a sub... "the pizza is so good, why would you ever order anything else?!" Her response was perfect, "try this..." Now when I go, I get an Italian sub AND a slice of pizza. I always say I am going to take half my sub home (but tbh, it's so good, I always eat it before we leave). I live in Columbia and don't mind driving an hour to eat at Tony's with my Dad, sister, nieces and nephew! As long as you don't try to eat salad while everyone else gets subs and pizza, you won't be disappointed!!
